How We Collect Information About You
We collect information in a number of ways. You may give us your information in order to:
Register for our website or purchase from an event.
We may also gather information about you from your use of our website such as which pages are most visited and which items are of most interest.
When you use our website, we collect your personal information using cookies and other tracking methods.

The cookies collect information such as the number of visitors to the site, which pages they visited and whereabouts they came to the site from. We also use Google Analytics to collect information about how our visitors use and navigate our website. We use this information to gauge what items and pages are most popular and where our customers are based, so we can better tailor our products to our customers

WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For first time customers of Wire Guild Jewellery, the minimum order is €1000. Follow up orders carry a minimum of €200.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, followed by full payment including postage prior to dispatch. Digital invoices for payment will be sent.
Payment can be made via Bacs PayPal or Cheque

Fabrication and Lead Time
Each item that leaves Wire Guild Jewellery is designed and handcrafted exclusively by metal-smith and wire artist Rachel Murgatroyd.
Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated dispatch date. We do everything we can to provide you with an accurate estimate. The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 2-4 weeks, with larger orders sometimes taking longer to fulfil. Orders placed during busy seasons are also likely to have longer lead times. Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind, artisan made production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. While unlikely to happen, we would communicate any changes to you promptly.
We may also, at times, have items in stock that can ship very quickly or we may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows. Rush orders may require an additional processing fee.

Return and Exchange Policies
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. NB "within five days of receipt" NOT "within five days of opening". This means that if you receive your order, but do not open it for six days and it is damaged; you will not be able to return it. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once ordered your wholesale order is handcrafted especially for you. Therefore merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
All orders come with Wire Guild Jewellery packaging suitable for gift giving. Care and information cards for specific designs will also be included as needed.
Due to the natural materials and the handmade nature of our jewellery, no two items will ever be exactly the same. Exchanges will not be made for this reason.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. A choice of quotes will be given at the time of dispatch for the customer to select service required. This cost will be added to the outstanding balance.
International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. Retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur.
Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to display and/or sell our designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided and/or to represent themselves or any other entity as the creator and/or designer of our products, in whole or in part.
